Actor Charlie Sheen was formally charged in an Aspen court Monday for the Dec. 25 incident in which he allegedly attacked his wife Brooke Mueller, UsMagazine.com has learned. Chief Deputy District Attorney Arnold Mordkin filed three counts against the actor: felony menacing, third-degree assault and criminal mischief. Sheen, 44, could face one to three years in prison if convicted for the menacing charge. (Third-degree assault and criminal mischief are both misdemeanors.) Sheen has not entered a plea for the charges. » Read more
