Bernie Ecclestone: No divorce!

Just a few days ago British and all other international media claimed that after 24 years of marriage, the Ecclestone couple are divorcing. Formula 1 mag and one of the wealthiest people in Britain, Bernie Ecclestone denied the whole story in an interview for the Extra magazine.

“People like making stories up. It’s true that Slavica moved out of the house, but it’s only because our house is being remodeled and the noise is unbearable. She (Slavica) couldn’t stand it any more. Lucky for me, I’m always on the road so I don’t need to move anywhere. I’m looking forward to Christmas when we’ll all roundup in our house. And yes, that includes my wife.”

Former Croatian model, Slavica Eccleston had allegedly already consulted with attorneys, most probably about their assets, which are estimated at two and a half billion pounds and the same amount in shares which Slavica is controlling via offshore accounts. Bernie met Slavica Ecclestone in 1982 at a Formula 1 for Grand Prix of Italy race. They married two years later and soon their daughters Tamara and Petra were born.
