In the cover itself Heidi shows her ‘horrific scars’, ‘botched implants’ and ‘lumpy liposuction’ as well as ‘mangled ears’. Heidi says in the interview “I feel like Frankenstein”. Heidi Montag, the queen of plastic surgery, talks about her massive procedures last year.
“When I look in the mirror today, I don’t really know who I see. It is me and it’s not me. It’s a very weird situation. Sometimes I’ll run across an old photo and it’s actually shocking sometimes because I’ve been three different people. I’ve had three different faces.
Sometimes I wake up at night and I have chest pain, and… if I exercise a lot then I get sharp pains in my breasts sometimes. A lot of my scars won’t ever go away,”  she told ET while at a photo shoot for Life&Style magazine.
