Charlize Theron Checks Out Dior Gig

She’s not your typical Hollywood beauty, but despite her reclusive tendencies, even Charlize Theron enjoys a high-end fashion show from time to time.

Last night, the “Italian Job” hottie was spotted at the Christian Dior Cruise 2009 Collection at Gustavino’s in New York City. And she was dressed to kill.
Charlize wore a beautiful purple plunging-neckline frock along with some stellar earrings and a pair of mustard yellow high heels.

Theron graces the cover of June’s W magazine, and in the interview, she laments the fact that she can’t find strong women’s roles in most films anymore.

“I asked Michael Seitzman, who wrote North Country, ‘Why don’t you write these kind of stories more; these roles for women?’ He said, ‘There isn’t the demand for it.’ It’s not necessarily Hollywood’s fault. People don’t go to see these movies. I think it’s a bigger problem. We’ve become completely fluff obsessed.”

And for all of you Italian Job fans, it’s just been announced that Charlize, Mark Wahlberg, Jason Statham, and the rest of the gang are all in for the next chapter of the story - “The Brazilian Job.”
