Dakota Culkin, sister of actor Macaulay Culkin was hit by a car at 11:00 p.m. Tuesday in LA and has died of a massive head trauma. According to LAPD spokesman Richard French, Dakota stepped off the curb and was soon struck by a passing car. She was then immidietly transferred to UCLA Medical Center but there was no hope, trauma was quite extensive. She died the following day.

The driver will not be charged, since detectives determined that he was not under the influence of drugs or alcohol and that no crime was committed.
