Famous CSI investigar, Gary Dourdan, has been charged with three felonies for possession of a controlled substance, one charge each for heroin, cocaine and ecstasy.

Dourdan, 41, was spotted sleeping in his car on the wrong side of the street shortly after 5 a.m. Monday in Palm Springs, Calif. He was found in possession of suspected cocaine, heroin, ecstasy and prescription pills, police say. Dourdan posted $5,000 bail and was released.

The actor has not been formally charged. His arraignment is set for May 28.
