If you look at the last pic good enough you can actually see a belly wrap (kinda looks like white stripes) that she has on underneath. Hospital lets you take one home and wear to help keep your “post baby pooch” look more flat and it all together!!!!! Her top looks kinda tucked into it as well lol.
