The former Atomic Kitten singer Kerry Katona was caught topless sunbathing with her hubby Mark Croft. The 28-year-old reality star was eager to show off her new slim figure after she had dropped from a Size 16 to a Size 10 in just nine months. Having spent around £15,000 on surgery (mainly liposuction and breast reduction), the mother-of four now sticks to dieting and training. She said: “I have Bran Flakes for breakfast, then chicken breast and salad for lunch and usually the same for dinner. Sometimes I’ll have a protein shake for dinner instead, but definitely no carbs after 6pm. I eat normally and have treats, but only at weekends.”
