Kristen Stewart was spotted at a “Twilight” photo call earlier today at Paris, France’s Crillon Hotel. She looked uninterested while posing for the paparazzi in a black and white striped dress with black heels. Kristen is promoting her vampire film all over the world along with the “Harry Potter” hunk, Robert Pattinson.
