Lindsay Lohan celebrated her 23th birthday at the Wet Republic pool in Las Vegas yesterday. She was actually there to launch her new tanning line Sevin Nyne but decided to turn the event into an early birthday pool party. During the celebration, Lindsay changed several different outfits but we like her best in that sexy red two-piece.
