Mischa Barton has returned to the shockingly thin look she once had while starring in a popular teen show The O.C. Her face is now drawn, her cheeks are sunken and her collarbone is protruding sharply. It seems in Hollywood the shockingly thin look is back in fashion!

The 23 year-old actress, who is 5ft 9, went from a healthy size 12 to a size 6-8 in just six months. She looks good but her face is gaunt which suggests the current weight isn’t very ‘natural’ to her.
