Mischa Barton wore a see through top as she visited her dentist yesterday afternoon. Judging from the smile on her face, the dentist office isn’t the scariest place on earth. Well, not for Mischa anyway.
She was seen stepping out of the NYC office building with a white top, wild skirt with opaque tights and a pair of knee-high fringed-out moccasin boots.
