After Eva Longoria filed divorce papers in Los Angeles, Tony Parker did the same in a Texas court, ending theit three-year-marriage. TMZ reports: “According to the petition, which was filed by initials — W.P and E.P. — Tony states the reason for the divorce:  ‘The marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities between Petitioner and Respondent that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationships and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation.’
Here’s what’s interesting … As we first reported, the couple signed a prenup, but in Tony’s petition he makes no mention of it.  To the contrary, he writes, ‘Petitioner believes Petitioner and Respondent will enter into an agreement for the division of their estate.’  Since they’ve already signed a prenup, the word ‘will’ is curious.” » Read more

The rumor broke Tuesday that Parker had filed for divorce in Texas, but “Extra” has learned that she is the one who filed the papers. “Extra” confirmed the actress found hundreds of text messages from another woman on Parker’s phone. Eva Longoria is the new face/body for London Fog‘s latest advertising campaign. Joined by hubby Tony Parker, the Desperate Housewives star posed topless, with her hand across her breasts. “It was a big love fest. The creative concept was a romantic intimate moment, so it was a lot of Eva and Tony standing really close and nuzzling. They were like, “This is the easiest job we’ve ever done’. What was so sweet is that Eva asked if we could have a couple of portraits printed for her. She said she had never asked for that before, but she wants to put them in her home.” said Dari Marder of London Fog.
